Mr. Patel has an extensive educational background having graduated from Irvine Valley College with an Associate of Arts degree, California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree, and most recently, he graduated from the Howard University School of Law (ABA-Approved Law School) in Washington, DC in 2007 where he won an American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Accounting (highest grade in the class). His MBA uniquely suits him to handle EB-5 immigrant investor visas or E-2 Treaty-Investor visas, as they both require exceptional business plans.
Mr. Patel has taken and passed four bar (attorney licensing) exams, each on the first attempt – New York 2007, New Jersey 2008, Arizona 2011, and California 2011 (with California and New York widely regarded as the most difficult bar exams in the United States).
Additionally, Mr. Patel has a diverse work background, working with companies like Countrywide Financial Corporation (now doing business as Bank of America) in their Public Affairs Division, non-profits like the National Park Foundation, and government service with the United States Treasury Department’s Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as a federal regulator.
